I am posting these pictures to illustrate the use of different focal points
to get a picture. All of these were taken with a Quantaray 28-200 MM zoom
lens.
This is a picture of a red house that my wife
liked. The focus is on the house. Notice that the trees and branches in the
foreground are blurred
This is the same picture from the same point.
The focal point is the tree about halfway between the camera point and the
house. Notice how the house is now blurred.
The same shot again, but this time I have
focuses on the branch in the foreground. You can see how everything
else is blurred.
